GOLD SPONSOR · JOZI TO GEORGIA POTJIE CUP
Our story
Born in South Africa. Built on craftsmanship
Rolux began in South Africa in 1956, with reel mowing expertise that runs through the Professional™ brand — first built in 1965 and part of the Rolux family since 2015.
For generations, Rolux has built equipment for people who care about how their lawn is cut, how it looks, and the quality of the machine behind the result.
Today, that foundation extends beyond South Africa. Rolux is growing in the United States, bringing the same focus on precision and craftsmanship to a new community of homeowners and lawn enthusiasts.
The machines have evolved. The pursuit hasn't.
More than mowing.
A great lawn isn't just short grass. It's the clean cut. The striped finish. The satisfaction of stepping back to look at what you've made.
That's what Rolux is here for. We design and build precision reel mowing machines, while helping homeowners better understand their lawns, choose the right equipment and take real pride in the result.
It starts with the cut
A reel mower cuts like a pair of scissors. A spinning reel meets a fixed blade, creating a clean, precise cut with every pass. The result is the striped, refined finish reel mowing is known for.
It isn't for every lawn or every homeowner. But for people who enjoy the process, care about the details and take pride in the finished result.
It offers a different approach to lawn care
Some connections travel a long way.
Rolux began in South Africa. Today, we’re building a growing U.S. presence from Kennesaw, Georgia — and a community of people who care about great lawns.
That's why it means so much to be a Gold Sponsor of the Jozi to Georgia Potjie Cup, celebrating the people, traditions and connections that travel with us.
Our story started in South Africa. The next chapter is being written here.
A word from our CEO
