Order Restocking Fee on Cancellations and Returns
There is a 5% restocking fee on all order cancellations and order returns due to costs associated with credit card processing fees and product inspection on returns. Returned products must be in new, unused and unopened condition to be accepted. Customers are responsible for all shipping costs to return products to Rolux. Contact support@roluxglobal.com to get a return authorization number before shipping to Rolux.
